A day never goes by without making decisions, where to go for lunch, what to wear, what to buy, and so on. Sometimes we make stupid decisions and sometimes we make great decisions. My examples of stupid decisions would be to smoke, drink, party, etc. My examples of great decisions would be to study instead of going to a friend’s house, surrounding yourself with good influences, not texting and driving, etc.
In my opinion, I made a great decision when my boyfriend Riley asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes, and every since that day, I have been the happiest girl in the world. Before I started dating Riley, I had never been in a serious relationship with anyone. Riley and I have been dating for a year this month and I think it will go many more years.
When I first started dating, someone told me to date someone who is not only a boyfriend but a best friend as well.Fortunately, Riley is both my best friend and boyfriend and I wouldn’t want to have it any other way.We have complete trust and would do anything for each other. For example, a couple of months ago, my dad had a kidney stone and we had to rush him to the hospital very late at night. I told Riley, and he showed up at the hospital to comfort my family and I.
Riley and I both love to exercise and play sports. Riley plays baseball and I love going to his baseball games and cheering him on. I run track and riley loves to come to my practices and cheer me on as well. Also, we run, ride bikes, climb Sawnee Mountain, hit and throw baseballs, all the time. We both love to be out in the sun and enjoy the nature that God has blessed us with. We both have a lot of the same interests and love to be different then everyone else. For example, we both have obsessions with old cars and new cars. Riley has a lowered 2000 Chevy Silverado that he adores and takes care of like it’s his child. I have a 2009 Ford Mustang that I adore as well, but nothing like the bond between Ril…
